I’m replying here as well so others are aware, as they may be running into the same issue.
As discussed via email, we’re currently troubleshooting, and at the moment our working hypothesis is that this is related to an expired login/session, as we don’t have varying permission levels configured on our end.
We’ll update once we have confirmation.
